atmos.views is a brand of nomart studio GmbH. We only process personal data as far as we need it to run this website and to handle your enquiries, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act.
This website runs on servers of World4You Internet Services GmbH in Austria, which operates them on our behalf. Each time you visit, the server stores technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the page you came from. A website cannot be run securely without this data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you write to us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, address of the property, preferred timing and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form sends your details to us by email; they are not stored on the website itself.
Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted once they have been dealt with. If a commission follows, we keep the records for as long as tax law requires, which in Austria is generally seven years.
This website sets only one technically necessary cookie: “pll_language” remembers whether you chose the German or English version and is deleted after one year. We do not use cookies for statistics or advertising and do not track you.
To display the site, it loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) and icons from Font Awesome (Fonticons, Inc., USA). In doing so, the provider receives your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent appearance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The videos on this website are hosted on our own server. No data is sent to YouTube, Vimeo or similar services.
Our Instagram profile is only linked, not embedded. Instagram receives data only if you click the link.
You can ask what data we hold about you and you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An email to studio@atmos-views.com is enough.
If you believe we are not processing your data lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
